The SEOSAN BIRD LAND building located in Seosan City, South Korea, with a height of 20.186 meters. The bottom-up long axis dimension of elliptical cross-section gradually reducing from 9.841 meters then increasing to 8.455 meters. Its characteristic is that the hollow holes on the facade are not in regular shapes and the size of each product is large, large engraving machines are not able to create molds as required. The technicians of our company used the three-dimensional geometric data and unique mold making technology successfully made the facade mold panel from the middle spiral, then accurately form the contour of the hole designed by the architect on this curved plate. We used spray molding technology to make every unique GFRC decorative products, completed the architect's unique architectural design results.
