Factory Overview
Since our establishment in April 1991, Dalian XinYi Building Material Company Limited focused on our business culture of “people-oriented, integration of enterprises and people, serving the society and improving ourselves”, and have always adhered to the principle of "quality first, reputation first". Now we are a provincial-level contract abiding and trustworthy model company, a council member of China Building Materials Federation，Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GRC) Branch, an integrated firm of research and development, production design, manufacture and installation, and an enterprises with import and export license.
The Exterior of the Factory
Our company is located at DONGJIN VILLAGE, DESHENG TOWN, DALIAN ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT ZONE, DALIAN, CHINA, LIAONING PROVINCE. The company covers a total area of 10,000 square meters, and has two internationally advanced Italian stone polishing equipment, water cutting processing equipment and advanced GFRC indoor production line with a total building area of 6,000 square meters, which can be producing all year round.
Our company has one national first-class registered constructor, three senior engineers and a number of professional technicians such as sculptors, machinists and engineers, who can undertake large-scale projects independently in the company. We have worked with world leading technology company Apple and successfully produced 8,800 square meters of large-scale polished GFRC panels for 14 special stores, and have provided uniquely designed products of GFRC, GFRG, FRP, UHPC and Graphic Concrete products of different shapes and modelling for large-scale projects in the U.S., South Korea and Japan.
